150,000 mm Installation

150,000 mm in three colours is a site specific Pop-Up installation designed and installed by Julian Preiss and Paul la Tourelle.
We invited Paul and Julian to curate an installation at the T-MICHAEL and Norwegian Rain shop in Oslo. This is what the creatives came up with.
Three x 50,000 mm elastic thread cones; red, yellow and pink, radiate from a street light outside the shop. The threads converge towards the shop's glass facade, cascading through it then 'illuminates' on the inside of the shop's window across the glass.
150,000 mm is designed to engage both the private and public space of the shop's interior and the street outside.
The installation can be viewed at T-MICHAEL Oslo, Kirkegt 20.

Julian and Paul both work as architects in Oslo.

T-MICHAEL Leather Bags Collection II

My second bag collection. This time taking inspiration from everyday movements from A-B. Daily commuting or weekend escapades. Functional, beautifully crafted leather goods with a luxurious feel.
All the bags conceal a great amount of detailing. The T MAC conceals an inner black shearling sleeve...computer love!
The T BAG has various compartments such as a spectacles case for storing your sunglasses, your phone  in a separate case and sections for your shoes and shirts. It actually zips open and expands to contain that extra shoe or that guilty pleasure you bought on your week trip away!
Specifics.

Here they are:
T MAC
T WASHBAG
T BAG
As always Italian leather, designed at Skostredet and handcrafted in Portugal.
Brown, Black, Tan and Racing green.
Available at T-MICHAEL Bergen, T-MICHAEL Oslo and OUKAN 71 Berlin.

COLLECTION II SHOES... whole line up.

Just got the pictures done for the lookbook.
Quite simply pictures that portray the shoes as they are.
Well made, traditional shoes accentuated with contemporary touches.
I hope you enjoy them as I do.

T-MICHAEL HANDGRADE SHOES second Collection

My Footwear Collection II just made it to the shops!

This time around, sumptuous French aniline leather, tightly wrapped around my TM last one. This is a rounded-toe last yet it's lean and sexy. Goodyear welted sturdy thick leather soles with hobnailed heels, contrast corduroy piping detailing and square 'brogueing'. All well translated into innovative albeit traditional styles.

Presenting the T Piccadilly, T Reveal, T Lace redux, T Chelsea redux and T Chukka redux.
Available in pebble grain black, pebble grain brown, high shine black, mink and brown with brown suede accents. From size 38 in selection styles.
Like Collection I, Collection II is designed at Skostredet and manufactured in Portugal.
Walk this way!

The collection is available at T-MICHAEL stores, Oslo and Bergen.
Available also at OUKAN 71 // Kronenstrasse 71 // 10117 Berlin.

Four Norwegian designers and a perfume

On the road again.
Bergen- A pop up book does Brussels. We (Alexander and I) kicked off the concept in Milan last year August with an ecclectic line up. We then followed it up in Oslo, end of February this year, with an equally diverse and exciting posse.
The response has been extremely positive. Pure bliss! With rave reviews from Diane Pernet's ASVOF blog, Stylecaster and Belgian Knack weekend likening us to the Antwerp six. Hoo haa!
This time up, we are presenting 4 designers and a perfume.
You can read more about the various designers on their websites. Hit the hyperlinks and get enlightened.
We arrived in Brussels a couple of days before the opening and transformed an empty space into Bergen- A pop up book.
This is what 4 designers and perfume whipped up in 2 days.

Loud shout out to Wes at Scintillating Elements!
Thanks to Elin and Silje for holding the fort down!
